Colonial Life faced a significant challenge with its client portal: when employees approached their Plan Administrators with questions about their benefits, the administrators had to call Colonial Life's policyholder to request detailed information, leading to a time-consuming process. Furthermore, any updates made by the Plan Administrators to employee policies would take 2-3 days to register. Our goal was to create a streamlined portal that allowed administrators to log in, easily search for employee policy details, and communicate that information through preferred channels (text or email) instantly. The portal needed to enable real-time updates, ensuring that changes were reflected immediately.
